To the sound of Zulu drumming and dancing, more than 1,600 tourism companies from South Africa and neighboring countries gathered in the southeastern city, Durban, for their annual trade fair, called Indaba. Organizers say Indaba is the third-largest tourism trade fair in the world. It showcases South Africa's $3 billion a year tourism industry, which has become the country's largest foreign-exchange earner. | | 2007-07-20 07:00:00 | | |
